1. Employment Tribunals
Employment Tribunals determine disputes between employers and employees over employment rights. Information on the site includes downloadable forms and booklets relating to employment tribunals in both England & Wales and Scotland.
2. ACAS
ACAS is a government funded organisation that is available to employees and employers. Part of ACAS’s role is to offer a conciliation service to explore whether disputes can be settled before an Employment Tribunal hearing. A variety of advisory handbooks, booklets and leaflets can be downloaded free or bought as hard copy.

This section of the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform's web site provides general information on employment law.

6. European Agency for Safety and Health at Work
The EU's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) agency's web site has links to EU legislation and proposed legislation, recent news, documents from research programmes and other information relating to occupational safety and health. The “Publications” section includes Annual Reports 1996 onwards, fact sheets, reports, and other publications, and the "Press Room" includes press releases 2002 onwards.

The home page of the European Commission's Directorate General for Employment and Social Affairs includes links to legislation, consultation documents, newsletters, recent news and other documents relating to European Union employment law and social policy.

A useful website that explains the law of harassment. The site is maintained by Neil Addison, a barrister and co-author of Harassment law and practice.

Provides comprehensive information about Health and Safety legislation and practical information about H&SE in the workplace.

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) regulates more than 100,000 solicitors in England and Wales.
